I am not a computer novice, but Kevin really came through for me on two occasions. Once I had picked up a virus and my PC would not connect to the Internet, but Kevin was able to fix it for me. Another time, when my PC needed to be upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, Kevin was able to do that for me. Evidently it wasn’t the typical update, but Kevin was able to perform it for me. I would highly recommend Kevin for any computer needs.
